Job Summary
As a Junior Web Designer at NexGen Infoteck, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with our experienced design and development team to create engaging digital experiences that align with client goals and industry best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and UI components.
- Work closely with senior designers and developers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Optimize images and graphics for the web while keeping performance in mind.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all projects.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and new technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (you don’t need to be a pro yet—we’ll help you grow!).
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- A good eye for design and an understanding of responsive, mobile-first design.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
- Some experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus but not required.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Some knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with SEO-friendly web design.
- A passion for creating modern, engaging, and interactive web experiences.
